RedBlog messaging center, all friends search function?

Here is the tip "Tips: Use Search Members to easily find other members!" I obtained from RedBlog messaging center, a screen shot you can see below (for all screen shots, click to enlarge):



I don't see any "Search Members". so the best I can do is to click on the link "Friends" and this is what I see:
