Bicycles

I previously had a Peugeut alloy lightweight bicycle but gave (freecycled) it away. Recently I have had some problems with hypertension (high blood pressure). I have since bought a blood pressure monitor and have started physical exercise. However, I need to get outdoors, and I think it will be good to get a bicycle.

The word "bicycle" makes me think of old times when Raleigh bicycles were king, and below is a photo of one of those old classic Raleigh bicycle:

During those times, multi-gear bicycle were very rare, but now you can hardly find any modern bicycle without at least 3 gears. Speaking of gears, the most famous brand is Shimano.
