Blank space below Image Header?

My blog reader use my instruction in the post Adding an image to your blog Header and "complained" that there were white spaces below the image in his post Earth, Wind and Water. I viewed it with Opera, and I see no white space below the Image Header. Just want to put a screenshot of what I saw here:
