Dots 3 column template Layout

This is a screenshot of Charlemagne Stavanger's modified 3 column Dots template Layout. Note that the Page Elements (widgets) is partially hidden and "EDIT" is not accessible. This mean that after you have added a Page Element, you will not be able to edit it. Update 30 March 2007: Actually, if you scroll down, you will see a horizontal scrollbar. Which this horizontal scrollbar, you can scroll to the right and get access to the EDIT link..
