Malaysiakini subscription woes

I have tried to subscribe to Malaysiakini for some time, but having problems. I paid via credit card, but got to a page where I am not certain if I have succeeded in subscribing or not. Whatever it is, I received an email from Manage4me giving me my username plus password.

However, whenever I tried to log in, I get this warning message in a pop-up (click on screen shot to enlarge it for clearer viewing):



Now what should I do?
